I had a pair of Muck shoes that were falling apart by 4 months after purchase.. I bought them at a store. I contacted the company via email with pictures and a photo of my receipt. The quickly replaced my product with any footwear of my choice. I decided o a different style due to the problems with the shoes… My ankle height multi-purpose boots arrived and feel very comfortable. I would buy Mucks again due to their companies great warranty replacement.
