User friendly, quick arrival, boot fits perfect. Wondering if there are Xtratuf shoes smaller than a women’s size 6? I usually take a children’s 3 or women’s 5 and would love to get a pair of the shoes!

Amazing service! My boots were delayed in being delivered, got lost in the system and went over the promised delivery time. I contacted customer service to see if they could help track them and they replied in less than 2 hours to say they couldn’t track them and they were giving me a full refund as they couldn’t guarantee delivery. They said if the boots ever arrived, I could keep them free of charge, and gave me a 25% voucher off a future purchase, if I wanted to reorder or try something else. Then 3 days later the boots arrived! They are so comfortable, warm and look beautiful. I wanted a warm, waterproof pair that didn’t look like rubber boots. They are perfect! This was my first purchase from muck boots and I am a big fan. Excellent boots, (true to size fit) and brilliant service. Thank you 😊
