Great product & GREAT service !

Website was easy to navigate and gave good product descriptions. Unbelievably efficient order processing. I placed the order on Dec 22nd, expecting the boots in January, and they arrived on Dec 23rd. They were unfortunately sold out of my first choice so I opted for the Arctic Sport Mid. The boots are very sturdily constructed and comfortable. Haven’t tried them in anything below -5c yet but they feel more insulated than comparable boots that I have owned from other companies. I’m confident that they will be great when the temperature drops to normal winter lows. While they look like they will be very durable, they are a bit clunky. The thicker heel and stiff sole result in a bit of heel/toe slap with each step. I’m getting used to it but it was very noticeable at first. Less heel and a more flexible sole would really improve the walkability of the boot. Particularly since this is the ‘sport’ model. Traction isn’t bad, but it’s nothing special(partially due to the stiff sole). I would definitely have liked to try one of the Arctic Ice/Grip if they’d had my size in Stock. Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase after 2 weeks of daily winter use on roads, snowy trails and frozen lake walks.

Love my new boots! I’ve had them for only a couple of weeks but I’ve been impressed so far. They fit well with heavier socks and no cold toes yet! Easy on and off for running in and out!
