MSTR Watches

I loved the watch but ordered it on the basis of being able to use your promotional 15% off coupon. I was never able to and e-mailed and called Meister several times but have received no response?

For the first time I receive a bad quality control watch from MSTR watches.

The watches themselves are stunning piece. This order was my 7th and 8th I have bought. The craftsmanship and quality is above and beyond. The cost is worth every penny. BUT, I bought a watch for my son’s graduation and I was shipped a ladies watch. When I called to let them know of the error, it was immediately taken care of, but I had to wait 2 weeks to receive it. Why not send it overnight? You made the error. If I pay $700 for watches and you send me the wrong one, make it right by spending the $20 to overnight it. What a shame. Will be my last purchases.

Threw out old strap not knowing strap and hardware are separate.

I didn’t receive my bands and customer service hasn’t reached out.
