The shipping was good and fast, once the merch was released of course (which took forever). Well packaged, no issues with that. The store website was easy to use as always. BUT: 1. It is a disgrace we are paying so much for so little service. MOUZ has one of the more expensive jerseys out there, when there's orgs (NAVI for example, who also have a deal with Puma) that offer more for less (eg customization). 2. Paying so much wouldn't be that much of an issue if the shipping was at least free. Having to pay 10€ to ship something from Germany to the Netherlands is absurd, and I've even heard of fans who have to pay astronomical shipping fees because they live in NA for example. The merch is good quality, about as good as is expected from Puma, no complaints there.

Great sweater, hat just as good! Good quality yet would be 10/10 if the zipper wasnt cheap, took a month but you're in germany and I'm in Canada so definitely expected, happy none the less with only the zipper as a complaint, not one I'd normally complain about but since you asked!

Cool products, but I wear a big XL/small 2XL shirt here, and a 3x fit me like a large

Product is good, but the team did not sign it as they did not show up at the dedication at V4 on Sunday. Disappointing. Had to wait an hour and they did not come :(

Disappointed in the quality for the price charged.
