I wish the return period was longer or that you were willing to make exceptions. It's nice how in all your photos there is one parent and one child, everything is super organized and perfect, but our life is not like that. We have 3 kids, two if them twins, and I could not get tome to sit down and write an email asking for a return etc within the 30 day period.
