We’ve been happy with the products so far, except for the dining set bibs. Our daughter did not get into this last box as much as she usually does but I think we may have presented them too late in her development, which brings me to my next thing. Shipping delays are completely understandable, I was just thinking it would be nice to be given a heads up if things are running particularly slow so we could order the next box sooner to compensate. (Or perhaps advise customers to simply plan on ordering them sooner). I’m an AMI teacher so I understand deeply the need for the materials to be presented at the right developmental time. I’ve adapted my future plans and will just plan to order my boxes much earlier than needed to try to avoid missing these sensitive periods in the future. Since the theory hinges so much on this, it might be nice for other parents that might not be as clued in to have a heads up. Otherwise I’m absolutely obsessed with the beauty, craftsmanship, function, proportion, and quality of the materials. Keep up the good work!

Overall customer service is good,

Overall customer service is good, but I didn’t find the real person coaching very helpful which is why I subscribed to Montikids in the first place. Now since I found the quality isn’t that good, probably won’t subscribe again.

Overall I enjoy my experience

Overall I enjoy my experience with Montikids but just disappointing when the baby doesn’t engage with the items in the box after spending so much money. I will see how our baby does with the next box. If our baby doesn’t engage with level 4, we will discontinue subscription.
