I love the quality of toys and the research/thought that has gone into each product. I also love the readymade kits for cooking, using the toilet, painting, etc. They are a very useful guide/teaching aid for parents. However, the recommended age ranges aren’t always accurate, there are minor but important product adjustments that should be made (eg: have upward-sloping pegs for self-care station) and the cost frequently seems excessive.

My return of the chalkboard set went quite smoothly, though I did not like having to pay for shipping.
