Our level two toys were destroyed by our animals (an honest animal mistake), and they are some of her favorite toys. And so I reached out asking if I could replace these toys, expecting and offering to pay for them and the shipping. Instead, they were above and beyond helpful and generous. They replaced each and every one of her toys free of charge and shipping. It was sincerely one of the nicest things in customer service that I’ve ever experienced.
