The sizing isn’t the problem—it’s more about the lack of support when something doesn’t fit. They help with your first order, which is great, but after that, there’s no real process in place if you need to exchange due to sizing. Based on their measurements, I’m a large on top, medium at the waist, and small for the bottom, so getting the right fit can be a challenge. For such a big company, you’d expect a better system—one that doesn’t leave the customer to just cop the loss if the sizing is incorrect.

Inconsistent products. Some great, some terrible

Bought 12 pairs of super-overnight because the previous heavy overnight has now been replaced by this. Bought my usual size. This new version (super overnight) is made so small now that I can’t even pull them up over my bum. They are literally at least 2 sizes too small. So now I’m stuck with 12 pairs of useless overpriced undies that I can’t even return or wear. I’m so tired of the inconsistent sizing, the seams ripping after only a couple of wears. I’ve bought so many pairs over the years but this was the final nail in the coffin for me. The quality of these is atrocious considering the price. The fabric overstretches after a short time & is so thin that it provides zero support. Fabric needs to be thicker & stretchy so that it sits firm not like bog catchers.
