I ordered the Shockwave XL. I tried charging for two days and the cheap plus would not plug in tight. After two days the light was still red instead of turning green. What a waste of money. Sorry, but I will not ordered anything else from you.

I hope someone reads this and it isn’t just automatically posted. We got the sleeping bags and the tazer, but never got the flashlight. So I really don’t feel right about rating the company on an incomplete order. The other two items are great. Quality products that were delivered quickly. Perhaps two out of three isn’t bad?
