Customer service is terrible at Modern Mirror. I ordered a mirror on the 13th of February, to be delivered on the 21st of February. No tracking number ever provided. Mirror did not arrive. Emailed and left voicemails several times, for you never get a live person when you call. No response until I told them to cancel the order. Come to find out mirror arrived in Vegas on the 21st, but for some odd reason was returned and no attempt to deliver was ever made. Now I am hoping that Modern Mirror will have the decency to at least credit our credit card back for the mirror. We will see.
