Ordered 2 mail boxes, both orders came incomplete. I had to contact customer service in order to get the post shipped to me. Very slow shipping process. Great product when it shows up.

I have this 3 stars to be nice but since your system is terrible and you are making me rewrite the whole review again, 1 star. I had to return the mailbox because there was a very sharp piece of metal on the inside of the box. Everything you reach in to get the mail you risk slicing your hand or arm. Not worth the risk. It’s all bills anyway

I really wanted this product work out, but it did not. I understand why, but the mailbox is way too heavy. If anything, it’s over constructed. The whole spacing did not work for an existing post. Huge disappointment! When I tried to figure out how to mount this mailbox to my existing post, The screw threads were painted and would not accept the screw. Also, the screw head was of a configuration that I’ve never seen before. This is a great looking product, but the execution is really poor.

Door began falling open after a month. Mail was always exposed. Customer service did not respond to my emails & no phone # available. Poorly designed mailbox door. There’s a magnet on the box, but none on the door, just a piece of foam. 1/2 a magnet does no good. I repaired it myself with magnets from Ace. Expected more from an almost $400 mailbox! Would NOT RECOMMEND due to nonexistent customer service. Read the reviews -this is a recurring pattern!
