Paid for 2 mailboxes. Received 1. Been trying to reach you for a week. No responses. Filing a complaint with the attorney general’s office next week. Will dispute the charge with visa. And leave proper reviews on every site.

Still waiting to hear back with our return label- reached out multiple times and have not had any response back to help us.

Do not buy from this company unless you have a lot of lead time. I ordered this product and they said it would take 5-7 days. I got a notification it was processed on May 13th. It did not ship until May 29th. Before that, I tried to contact customer service via phone- no answer. Email- took 3 days to get back to me. When I tried to have it cancelled/refunded May 21st, I did not get a reply until it conveniently was already shipped. Then, another 2 days before they said no problem it can be refunded but you have to wait until it arrives. Then the email for refunding the product had 2 different instructions, one saying print out the label, the other saying no printing is needed. These guys can’t handle the business they are running at all. Highly do not recommend.

Beautiful product, but sent to me in the wrong color. Ease of returning to get a replacement has been an absolute nightmare.
