Customer service was very helpful when I had a question before ordering and also with an issue with my order they responded to my issue within a day and resolved it!

customer service was very easy to get a hold of and prompt to reply. the shipping was delayed 2 days, but other than that, those are only "issues" we had. The mailbox was very easy to install and looks great on our house :)
