We LOVE our new mailbox. It looks just like the pictures online. I would like to have had the option for a much longer post. We live on a country road and the snow plows are not kind to mailboxes. If we were able to sink about five feet of metal post underground (and below frost line of 3 feet) it would probably be nearly indestructible. Other than that, ways to provide lighting so it was more visible on a dark road would be awesome.

Customer Service was great. Long stiry but I had to return mail box for a yard sign. They were efficient and helpful through the process
