I never received my order.

Shipping is terrible. When looking on USPS it still shows in Pre Shipment status from 12/1/2025

I never received the product because your company sent to wrong address after receiving three requests days in advance of shipping. I will not give any good reviews for your negligence. Thanks for taking my money.
