I have always received excellent customer service with any of my questions. I also love that they have the resale site because it's such a sustainable way to allow someone new to enjoy items that perhaps no longer fit or work with my wardrobe, and I can use the credits to help refresh for the next season.

One thing I love is that you can always count on super fast shipping from MM. ordered my Chadwick and Aisling last weekend and had them ready and packed to take on my trip this weekend.
