Yes it seems okay, I feel I need to only take 1 a night as I suffer from AF, & since taking it I’ve been getting AF every night so, I like it because it has the Gamma in it as I want My Pineal to be open, I’m a clean living vegetarian, but I’m sticking with it, I would like to know your opinion on the AF situation, Thank you
