I like the monitor and the app. The bands are great for measuring my hormones. The only things I think could be improved are the delivery times and more detailed shipping information, specifically the last-mile tracking number. In my case, I didn't know which courier company would be delivering my package to my address, nor did I have a last-mile tracking number to track it more accurately in my country.
