Love my new chairs and shampoo bowls. I had one chair arrive with a small rip and customer service was so easy to work with and sent me a replacement right away. They made it so simple. Assembly of the chairs and shampoo systems was also quick and easy to follow the instructions!

I certainly hope the items are fine, because the shipping and delivery process was awful.
