Love my new chairs and shampoo bowls. I had one chair arrive with a small rip and customer service was so easy to work with and sent me a replacement right away. They made it so simple. Assembly of the chairs and shampoo systems was also quick and easy to follow the instructions!

I love my new chair! It’s big, has great lumbar support and a pretty decent cushion. I only have two complaints. I wish there was a protective cover for this specific chair because no generic ones will fit it. I also wish it didn’t sit as tall as it does bc I’m on the shorter side.

Minerva had a massive sale a few days after I ordered my styling chair that cost $150 to ship. I messaged them and asked for them to honor the sale and no contacted me. I bought my shampoo bowl somewhere else bc of it. My styling chair is pretty.

After I put the chair together found it was too bulky and didnt fit my height at all. It also has a lining around the rim that DOES NOT STAY on. Ofcourse im told Im unable to return it and now im stuck with a chair that is not practical for me yippee. afirst and Last Purchase from Minerva Never again
