You have most of what I need for audio/video production, and it's fairly easy to place orders over the internet. The website can be hard to navigate and find exactly what I need, even if I've ordered it before. Not as much is available locally (Morton Grove) as before the merger with FilmTools.

I had a problem with my order this time for the first ever since I have been ordering from Polyline (15-20 years). I think my product was shipped from another facility not where it usually comes from. The problem was resolved but it took extra time on my part to complete the resolution because there was time to talk with a representative & follow up & then package the return - time I really didn’t have. Hopefully this will be the only time this ever happens. Thanks!

website is aggravating and not the easiest to navigate, stock is marginal and usually backordered. customer service is mostly friendly and helpful. Our company has been a long time customer but have lately wondered why, will probably be looking for alternatives.
