Not satisfied
I ordered an item I needed and received the wrong one. Not a huge deal - I know it happens. Then I had to contact the company at least three different WAYS to get a response saying that I needed the correct item ASAP. I said I would return the incorrect items, but I needed the correct ones very promptly. I emailed them, and I have my read receipts on my emails. The email was deleted without being opened. I went through their "Contact Us" form online. Waited a day, no answer. Finally called after getting their number from a different site because it wasn't on their website. Left a message because no one answered. Finally, I got an email. I was asked if I was sure the product was incorrect... After saying yes, I am definitely sure and explaining the difference in dimensions, I, again, hear silence. I emailed again the next morning asking if we would get the correct item shipped and the response was "Yes, it shipped today". Cool, it's Thursday (the first time I contacted them was Tuesday mid day...) and I needed them by Wednesday. I'm assuming because of all of the mess, and me repeatedly saying I needed them promptly that they would fast ship them. I received an email LATER that day saying that my item had just shipped... and it would arrive on Tuesday... I am thoroughly disappointed in the customer service because of the lack of communication and the lack of urgency on a mistake of their own. I work for a business and my work will have been delayed a week because of this. I would've ordered somewhere else if I didn't feel like I'd have to fight for a refund..
