This wasn’t my first experience purchasing from Micro Scooters, but just like the previous time, the website was easy to use, the stock info reliable, the warehousing team super efficient, and they partner with a quick delivery service (opted for the free service and got delivered 24 hours later). I definitely recommend the end of life recycling service - which I’ve used twice when my LO outgrew one’s micro mini and balance bike. And I would encourage anyone not to be put off by the AI chatbot which peeled back my questions so efficiently that the Customer Services answered my question fully and properly in 2 sentences! FWIW, their answer didn’t put me off purchasing a micro mini as a birthday gift for someone else, but influenced the accessories combination purchased to go with the scooter. A first scooter for a very young child is a big purchase; a lot of thought goes into it - and i definitely recommend Micro Scooters’ light weight but stable Mini scooters for that first purchase.
