Poor service. Delayed Delivery and Disappointing product

extremely poor show- the response to feedback and complaint is zero and poor service

1. My product was showing "Out for delivery since last 3 days before reaching me. Inspite of repeated communication with your customer care service, I didnt not receive the exact status. This was very dissapointing. 2. As per your customer care team member Fahad comment, "notification@miabytanishq.narvar.com" email does not belong to Tanishq. Then why am I getting mail notification form this id? How this ID knows my all details of my purchase which I made with Tanishq? No one answered my questions? In future, I would not like to purchase online from Tanishq.

The product was really good, but the post order shipment tracking and customer service were terrible than anyone could imagine. The order was supposed to be delivered after 10 working days but took much more and there was absolutely no response from the customer service team. Delivery partner has not updated on-site and customer service was not even ready to get an update. Disappointed with the entire online shopping experience. A classic example of taking the money and forget the customer.
