I had returned the ring but didn't get my refund message.

I ordered for the occasion and in only one to two days the the p of the ring is broke down and my money got wasted

The product is over charged.The delivery person was rude .

delivery process is horrible. i had to followup dialy, took too long for delievry. i had sent mails, called customer care to get the status. It is difficult to track and followup daily, once we place the order it should reach hassle free. I didnt expect this from tanishq. Definitely not going to place any order in the future. Hope this improves. The customer care service response is good but that is not sufficient the order should reach the customer smoothly without interference of the customer.
