You have a non existing customer support for silver products. I ordered rings and a bracelet from mia . One of the rings did not fit , the request was simple, give me a bigger size or give me the money back. If not I was even ready that if I could go to a mia store and get it fixed even if I have to pay something extra. The customer support representative simply said we don't have any exchange or refund policy for silver. Then why bother selling it. Never again will I buy anything from Mia or Tanishq at all. Thank God we live in a country with multiple options you are not the only one in the industry.

You can't even change the mobile number I will never order anything

I ordered for 14k gold ring ONLINE via Mia app and was delivered DAMAGED ring. And Mia won't even replace it. Will never buy from Tanishq Mia ever again. I had also visited Mia store and the ladies there were great and very helpful. No complaints about them at all.

I was wanting to buy silver chain and no one was able to provide any details. I was directed to the Vegas store and they said they did not sell such product. No body had any clue I was very disappointed hence cancelled my order.

Without intimation,order was cancelled.
