The earring had an issue with the closure. That is, the ring was having a loose closure and upon wearing, it was coming out loose. I reached out to the support which asked me to send a video of the issue. They are yet to come back it is more than 4 days. I believed that Mia is a good brand (as it from Tanishq) and hence ordered online expecting a good product. However, they have cheated by sending a defective product and now no response for replacement of the defective product.
