My issue is that it was delivered too soon! While placing the order, the time was minimum 10 days, but I got it within 2 days. As I had planned to give it as a gift later, I lost the return window period. The service was prompt. But I wish they were more accurate about the delivery time.

The orange seal for return was not supplied. Had to go hrough extra hassle for the same.

The delivery, service, payment all features are good. But you must mention the weight of the Gold and Stone in your final Bill otherwise it feels like imitation jewellery. The authenticity of the fine jewellery are these attestations in the Bill. Expected this by default from TATA brand. Disappointed on that front.
