Metabolic Meals

The food is very good, ordering is easy, staff is great to work with. I have some medical issues and am on a specific calorie/carb protocol from the doctor and nutritionist. This helps. The choices in my category are a bit limited but, I know I am getting good food, that is easy to prepare and I'm getting exactly what I need.

There are several meals that are truly excellent. I think what is most frustrating is you have these beautiful pictures of flank steak (thick and with grill marks) and when I actually order them it looks like some kind of meat substitute that went through a deli slicer. I just wish the pictures matched what I actually get more often. But the meals are healthy and when I swap out eating out and cooking for myself- I tend to do better at maintenance or weight loss.

Where is the rewards , I think I had hundreds of unused points before the website transition. Are you guys bringing this feature back? Pretty shady by not allowing us to use the points before the website change and not announcing to us to use them up or lose them. I doubt that's your intention, but an update would be nice. Otherwise, food is great. Customer service is fast and friendly. UPS delivery change from Fedex feels okay thus far but paying for shipping still seems out of place in this day and age. The frequency of late deliveries unchanged from Fedex however. Which anecdotally, is 1 out of every 4 shipments or so.

I would love to be able to work with more than 1 week at a time. To be able to mark out dates I know I won't need deliveries. Also, the gel packs leak more often than I would like to see happen. It's frustrating to have to wipe it all off the meal containers. Would also like a little more variety with the season changes.

Shipping. Horrible. When we first started the meals were delivered on Sat, then it went to Friday…the. Thursday, now it’s Wednesday’s. Does not work!! Friday or Saturday delivery is the best.
