I love the meals. Taste great, perfect macros, freeze well, and really help me when I have a time crunch and need something quick. Of the couple times I’ve had to contact customer service, they’ve responded quickly and provided excellent support. I highly recommend this company!

These meals really deliver on taste, convenience, and cost (in my opinion, when compared to eating out or purchasing ingredients for same level recipes). They heat well, freeze well, arrive properly packaged and (mostly) on time (UPS). Customer service is literally the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with!!! I took a 4mo break from orders and found myself CRAVING meals like the pesto chicken, bison cheddar with onions, etc. You really can’t go wrong with this service. It helps you stay on track—with time, money, and dietary goals.
