UPS is holding it in Customs, and I was never informed in a timely manner about the reasons for the hold. There was no clarity until I called, provided my RFC (tax ID number), and then they were able to release it. However, a lot of time was wasted without any solution being offered. This is far too much time lost due to the lack of a clear communication channel. There should be a platform where I can upload a scanned copy of my RFC, which would make the process much faster.
