No he recibido mi pedido desde hace más de 15 días. La paquetería UPS lo tiene retenido en la Aduana, y en ningún momento se me informó oportunamente sobre las causas de dicha retención. No hubo claridad hasta que llamé por teléfono, proporcioné mi RFC y entonces pudieron liberarlo. Sin embargo, se perdió mucho tiempo sin que se me ofreciera una solución. Es demasiado tiempo perdido debido a la falta de un canal de comunicación claro. Debería existir una plataforma donde se pueda subir el RFC escaneado, lo cual haría el proceso mucho más ágil. -------- I haven't received my order for over 15 days. UPS is holding it in Customs, and I was never informed in a timely manner about the reasons for the hold. There was no clarity until I called, provided my RFC (tax ID number), and then they were able to release it. However, a lot of time was wasted without any solution being offered. This is far too much time lost due to the lack of a clear communication channel. There should be a platform where I can upload a scanned copy of my RFC, which would make the process much faster.

Fast order fulfillment, but horrible pricing and shipping/tax is not shown until the final final screen. You could have estimated tax while I was shopping to show me a more accurate balance in my cart.

Have no proble with story functionality. Product quality might be better.
