The quality of the products is great, but the photos of the guru beads are misleading. They look much bigger in the photos than they actually are. And also, they are literally $3 cheaper from the same company on Etsy, than on the company's website. So it cost $12 more by ordering on their website than by ordered on Etsy. That seems out of congruence with the products they are selling.

Dry convenient, well done, worth it.

Product is beautiful, customer service is awful. Takes two weeks to get your order. Customer service ghosted me, and has never responded. I even tried to cancel the order because it was taking so long, still crickets.
