I ordered a ring in a size I thought I was without thinking. Ring arrived within a 48hr period and was way to big. Ring came with a sizer which I used to find my correct sizing. I emailed customer service to see if I could rectify my mistake, they where prompt helpful and professional in response and I was able to send ring back in replacement for smaller size without any drama. Ring is solid and high quality. Highly recommended
