Good luck buying from MensTuxedoUSA. They are the worst. I ordered a blazer that took 12 days to get to my house. No big deal. Then, I was sent the wrong blazer, still no big deal. I then tried to get MensTuxedoUSA to rectify the problem and that's when things took a turn for the worse. I clicked on their chat link and it was a dead link. I then found another way to get into chat, and no one was there even after several hours. I sent an email with photos of what I received and what I ordered and I got a reply asking me to send photos when I already did. So I sent them again anyway. I went to the "contact Us" section of their website and sent a message. I received the same auto generated email I received from my actual email, so I resent the photos and my claim again. I then called and got a voicemail asking me to leave a voicemail message. What company takes voice mail messages in 2025? 24 hours later I have not received a response from my email, my "contact us" submission or my phone call. I just keep getting auto generated emails asking me to rate them, so here it is. The is a "mom and pop" website that has no real people running it. If I would have received the correct blazer, there would be no issues. Companies make mistakes and send the wrong merchandise, but most rectify the situation immediately. If you purchase from these guys, make sure you use a credit card where you can dispute the charges because if your order is incorrect, that's the only way you can rectify the situation.

I recently bought a holiday

I recently bought a holiday jacket and did not realize that it was a slim fit. I quickly ordered another jacket in a larger size that works nicely. However, It’s nearly impossible to return the original a jacket that did not fit.

Slow shipping, poor service. Beware of the 20% “restocking fee” for any item you wish to return. Not a thing at most vendors now, but obviously a way to add friction to the process to limit returned goods
