The suit is nice and try to size. But the company I am absolutely not happy with. They rarely answer the phone. The 1 to 2 day processing is NOT true! I ordered on the 10th of the month and didn’t get a text or email about my order until the 23rd of the month. I probably won’t use them again. Communication and customer service is a big deal for me.

Total cost is high for the quality.

Wrong size sent by company. Offer to exchange or return required additional payment from customer inspite of company error. Promised immediate replacement never received as promised.

The item was shipped quickly, but I did not receive the tie I requested with my order. Additionally, the vest I received was shown in an image with a chain attached, but the chain was not included. I checked the website before placing my order and did not see any indication that the chain was not part of the purchase. Realistically, I would give this 2. 5 stars, but there is no option for that.
