It turned out exactly how I imagined. I’m so happy with my ring and can’t wait to show it off to family and friends! I wanted something different, but still classic and timeless. I’m so pleased to have chosen a sapphire. When placing my order, the process was very easy. I requested the ring sizers and they we extremely helpful in finding it the perfect fit! When I had questions, customer service was professional, prompt, and polite. Overall, I am very pleased with the entire process.

I had my engagement ring made to order with Melanie Casey in late March and received it ahead of schedule in end April. The support team with ever so helpful with my questions about overseas shipping and lead times for crafting the ring. I received it without any hiccups and it came in perfect condition. The ring was perfect and beautiful, thank you for being part of our journey!

Thank you for all of the accommodation and attentiveness throughout this process. I will definitely consider Melanie Casey for any future jewelry purchases. I will even pass on the hint to my boyfriend in a year or so... Obsessed with the morse code ring and I am thrilled to gift it to my best friend for her graduation.

Overall experience was exceptional. Only remark would be not knowing at the time of purchase that shipping to P.O. Boxes isn’t possible and then emailing a revised shipping address several times with no reply and then being emailed and asked for a new shipping address. Overall though, exceptional customer service and communication.
