I’ve gone my whole life with debilitating period cramps. I know many can probably relate, where the pain gets so bad I would get physically sick (yes both ends🤮💩🚽), get cold sweats and even pass out. Not sure what magic is in this but it definitely has helped. I even wore it during IUD replacement to see if it would help with the pain from insertion (yes I’m one if the lucky ones who still has periods with an IUD). I won’t lie, while I still had some pain and discomfort during the process, the pain didn’t last as long or as intense as previous time or at least I seemed to tolerate it better. I’m attributing that to the Jovi patch since that was the only thing I did different this time.

I purchased a Jovi 3 band package after a friend, who had been loaned a band for back pain, shared how much it HAD relieved her back pain. I kept 1 band for myself and gifted the other 2 to my daughter and her partner for menstrual cramp relief. While I am awaiting their feedback, my knees have had quick pain relief from my Jovi band!
