I've had great support from Medik8 regarding the pump on several of their tubed products. So I can't fault them for their help, however, I did share with them that fundamentally these tubes with pump dispensing are poorly designed. Very frustrating for a product used daily. I won't be buying these products unless this is fixed, sorry Medik8, very sad as I love your products.
