MDT USA

This was a Black Friday deal that was oversold. I offered to cancel and MDT offered to make it right. I did receive the butt stock and grip in a timely manner. I heard through the grapevine that the chassis was backordered 3 months, I did not receive any communication by email. MDT did step up and offer to fill orders they did not have to. Overall I am satisfied and respect MDT for their business practices. David White

Product does not work, customer service so far has been ok. Cant shoot stuff with good customer service though, the products need to work.

I called in after a month and a half to see where my order that had been labeled "in stock" was and they told me they screwed up. So i asked if they would mind switching it to a tan chassis since they fuck yourself admittedly screwed up and they refused
