Purchased a factory second LSS gen 2 But was then sent an email that their website made a mistake and oversold them. I was told it would be close to 12 weeks before they could ship my order. I was a little bummed about it but MDT sent it in 8 weeks, and I’m pretty sure they just sent me a brand new one. I’m not able to see anything that would make this a ‘factory second’ Well played ADT. Will definitely do business again!
