Non-delivery after two weeks with no explanation
Today is 21 March and I ordered a box of Sweet Georgia Browns on 7 March to be delivered to family members in Kenosha Wisconsin. The tracking information shows only "Delay" but since there is a DUPLICATE tracking number I'm concerned that nothing will ever be delivered to Kenosha. The other confirmation number belonging to someone who ordered on 11 March had their order delivered on 14 March. Why was my confirmation number used again just 4 days after I placed my order? Where is my order? Why is there no explanation given for the delay in delivery? I can't find a phone number for Purdy's to call to follow up on this. I guess this isn't so much a review as a chance to express my disappointment and annoyance. Wait, is this supposed to be a review of your site? Good grief! Maybe this is all FedEx's problem and I have to contact them. Sigh . . .
