The finished product is beautiful. Putting it together was very time consuming. The predrilled holes were hard to see and some did not line up. Each piece was an entire days work with multiple people working on the project. Some of the recycled plastic was damaged and had saw markings.We are very happy with the finished product but be prepared to work.

The tabletop is warped

I received the wrong plaque.

Not pleased at all with customer service. When I called and said there were no directions to assemble, I got a snippy answer they are on line. Not very helpful at all.
