My octagonal table had a few misaligned screw and bolt holes that made assembly more difficult than it needed to be. I was able to fix but I shouldn't have that problem with a nearly $2000 table.

We ordered a bench without realizing it had to be assembled. However, after receiving our "bench", we opened the boxes to find only the frame and no 8-foot slats for the bench!!! Someone messed up! We're still waiting for our "bench". . .

Yeti that was supposed to be gifted in previous order never came.

Description was incorrect on product, which led to having to return it after I received it. Did not return due to the fact of the restock and shipping fee. Had it had clear specs I would not have ordered it
