Nice customer service, selection, and order information could’ve been a little better

Long…. build time, too long. Delivery ran a week late. I was going to be traveling and asked product to be held or frankly canceled as I was not going to cancel my trip to take delivery of a trash can. They finally figured out how to hold the product until my return and then shipped. All good. There needs to be a way to speed up build or stock a certain amount of product for just in time delivery. Trash can is well made and solid. Looks very nice. I need to do a little modification so the top lids will open and stay open while putting the trash in. . I wish this feature was disclosed at time of sale so I could have requested leaving it off.

Shipping/delivery: We did not realize that this product would be coming on a larger 18 wheeler truck. This had to come through a residential area and could not make it to driveway. Also, checked off that there was no forklift on site. Truck did not come with one either so don't understand what the point of asking if we had one was if this would not be provided anyway. Called to discuss with customer service and they were very friendly at least, just did not really help provide helpful answers. Product: Table is great and sturdy. It did come with wrong boards however. According to the manual that we found on website, the long table and seat boards should come with pre drilled holes also in the center that only one of the six of our boards came with. Once assembled it was definitely wobbly in center, so we drilled our own holes for the screws. We made it work, was just an extra step that we shouldn't have needed to do. We were planning to order another one, but between shipping and getting the wrong boards, we are going to discuss if it is worth it.

Delivery was scheduled for 9/19. Only the hardware came, no speed bumps. Freight company said someone would contact us later that day. No contact. Friday or Monday. Tuesday morning I called and they said it would be delivered the next day. No show. Then it was to be delivered the following day. Delivery guy said he couldnt make it in the neighborhood even though the first guy had no problem at all. they said they would be back the following day. No show. Finally got delivery on Friday. 2 weeks later.
