I like the materials (frame and table top / seats). The screws provided are too long. It required me to go and buy a deep set of sockets, after trying to use open ended wrenches. The shipping was terrible. If use you the same shipping company, I will not be buying anything from you in the future. I paid $500 for shipping, and I had to be on the phone multiple times, got wrong information, and finally on the 4th phone call, I got confirmation of the date and time it would be delivered. The delivery company was XPO. First call I got, I set up a date and time for delivery. When they didn't show up, I called and was told they didn't have the package. I called again, and was told they did have it, but the driver decided not to delivery that day. When I asked for a date and time, the person told me they couldn't do that. I called again, and I got someone who said it would be delivered in 2 days. On that day, it wasn't delivered. I called again, and finally someone got a driver and a truck to deliver it the next day.
