Nice customer service, selection, and order information could’ve been a little better

Delivery was scheduled for 9/19. Only the hardware came, no speed bumps. Freight company said someone would contact us later that day. No contact. Friday or Monday. Tuesday morning I called and they said it would be delivered the next day. No show. Then it was to be delivered the following day. Delivery guy said he couldnt make it in the neighborhood even though the first guy had no problem at all. they said they would be back the following day. No show. Finally got delivery on Friday. 2 weeks later.

Product shipped without keys. Plexiglass damaged

This was one of the hardest things to put together and I've put together a lot of things. The pieces are heavy, lots of angles to awkwardly fit together, and tons of the holes did not line up. Had to drill extra holes a few times to get the bolts through. Super frustrating process. HOWEVER, once its together, I love it. Such great quality and know it'll last forever.
