Shipment was delivered when I wasn't home during a snow storm, which surprised me. I later found a voicemail suggesting they would expect a return call from me prior to delivery. Bench is sturdy, attractive and comfortable. Was fairly easy to assemble with 2 people. The bolts in the surface mount kit were too long to get into the concrete, so we purchased shorter bolts of the same diameter.

Very helpful! They work well with municipalities and everything seemed to flow well. Cant say enough about the service they provided during the shipping process!
