The people I dealt with directly were friendly enough and did provide the refund, but at the end of the day all this did was waste 2 weeks of my time because of the careless shipping

Ordered an assembly part that consisted of 5 sub-components and was missing one. Luckily I was able to reuse the existing sub-component so no major harm. Haven't decided on whether to give them another shot so we'll see how things progress.

The reason I give it a 3 star is because the shipping could be improved. The box the item was shipped in needs to be stronger. The box was broken and the item was extremely loose inside. The item appears fine but has not been installed by the mechanic yet.
